Explain how to name molecular inorganic compounds.

A molecular comound is that formed by two non-metals.

When writing the names, follow this structure:

Prefix of first element + Name of first element + Prefix of second element + Base name of second element + ide

For example N2O

is di + nitrigen + mon + ox + ide , or dinitrigen monoxide
