1. 4 dollar=3 euro, so 1 dollar=3/4 euro.  3 euro=168.37 ruppees, so 1 euro=168.37/3 ruppees.  so muliply 168.37/3 by 3/4 to get in dollars. Answer is 42.1

2. 1.4 million drops in 25 gallons, so 1 gallon has 1.4million divided by 25 drops. so there are 56000 drops in 1 gallon.  so 1 drop is 1/56000 part of a gallon.
