Question 1: Solve for x: 5x - 6 = 3x – 10.

Solution:
 
Rearrange the above equation 
 
5x–3x–6= –10
 
2x–6=−10
 
Add 6 to both sides of the above equation
 
2x–6+6=−10+6
 
2x=−4
 
Divided by 2 both side of the equation
 
x=−2
 
Linear Algebra and its Applications is a branch of mathematics,  which is most useful in the application of mathematical analysis.
