Neglect the wiring capacitance of the coil at

this frequency.

You can use the formula for impedance to solve for Inductance:

(*where Z=impedance, R=resistance, XL=inductive reactance, XC=capacitive reactance)

We are neglecting Capacitance so XC goes to 0.

Furthermore XL is:
