Use the formula:

Wavelength = Velocity / frequency     (*where velocity = speed of light = 3*10^8 m/s)

Upon finding the wavelength, divide by 4, since question asks for quarter-wavelength.

Note that the answer is in meters, so you would need to convert to miles by multiplying by 0.00621371192
