Do the equilibrium concentrations of the reactants and products depend on their initial concentrations?

Yes, greater initial concentrations would make it take longer to reach equilibirum and also result in higher equilibrium concentrations.

Actually, the correct answer is no. The initial concentrations do not have anything to do with the equilibrium concentration because once the reaction goes into equilibrium, the concentrations begin to balance out , constantly moving to keep the equilibrium in place. The initial concentrations don't matter because the equilibrium concentration will be the same because it is in equilibrium.
