Power = Voltage * Current

P = vi    (where P=power, v=voltage (potential difference), i = current)

in the problem you are given

v = 70 mV

i = 0.78 mA

 

So plugging these values into the formula we get:

P =   70 mV * 0.78 mA = 54.6  µW  (when you multiply two values with units of milli- you get an answer in units of micro- so there is no need to convert units)
