Note that all elements/compounds experience dispersion forces:

 

1. O2 has just dispersion forces

2. NBr3 has dispersion forces and dipole-dipole forces

3. CH4 has  just dispersion forces

4. CH3OH has dispersion forces, dipole-dipole forces, and hydrogen bonding
