Remember the density formula which is density = mass/volume. You also need to know that cm^3 = 1mL. By knowing these facts, you can easily answer this question.

Given:

Density = 7.87 g/mL

Volume = 2cm*4cm*1cm = 8cm^3 = 8mL

d=m/v  ----> m=d/v

m = 7.87g/mL / 8mL

m = 0.98g
