List the first five terms of the sequence.

a_n = (n + 3)/(6 n - 1)

Please help.

assuming you start with n =0, then you just plug the value from n=0 to n=4 and there are your five terms.  If begining with n=1 then go to n=5.

for example, if n=1, an= (1+3)/(6(1)-1)= 4/5

and then you repeat for n=2, n=3, and so on.
