If all of your cells are covered in antigens (and they are), why doesnt your immune system kill/attack all cells?

    because your immune system is very sophisticated
    because your healthy cells are not "tagged" in any way.
    because your immune system is dedicated to finding invaders.
    because your cells are "tagged" healthy by cell membrane protiens.
