    There are 16 H on the left side of the equation and only 12 H on the right side of the equation.
    There are 3 C on the left side of the equation and 12 C on the right side of the equation.
    C atoms will not form chemical bonds with H atoms.
    When C atoms bond to H atoms, they form the element Cl.
